Aaramfoods Kalakand or Mishri mawa
A popular Indian sweet desert cake prepared with cottage cheese(khoya) from full fat milk, sugar, flavored with cardamon and garnished with chopped almonds and pistachios. Its a traditional sweet popular in the Indian states of Rajasthan, Gujarat, Haryana and other northern states, but equally liked and consumed by Indian all over the country.
